 - This part of the country is beautiful, the people are as well – but still... ! Where is God in all of that? Is His will, His word still important? We won’t go into detail, but a lot of prayer is necessary. We are seeing much frustration, resignation, rebellion, hurt and anger.
- From January to June 2009 we plan to lead a Discipleship Training School (DTS). 3 months lectures and 3 months outreach – most probably to Cameroon.

07.08.08 Newsletter from E.Anastasi (Antigua, Guatemala) |
 - The church in Jocotenango is going well and God is working in the congregation and especially in all of us who are serving on the worship team. The church is growing and on August 16th we are looking forward to celebrate the church’s anniversary.
- In May, we again celebrated Mother’s Day at all of our nine feeding programs. The mother’s were all served a very delicious meal and the teachers prepared special programs for them.

13.06.08 Where is your home? |
How would you answer this question? Would you name your permanent residence? Xy Avenue in who knows which city?
 Since I am living in Peru as a missionary, I don’t find an easy answer to that question anymore. Yet this question may be asked even more often to myself or other missionaries than to others – usually when I am coming to Germany for a “home leave” or when I am about to return to Peru. My personal report in one Globe News magazine ends saying: My flight to Peru leaves Germany Jun 12th – going from one home to the other…
