I greeted him in Arabic and heard a familiar reply.  We were sharing a room together, and so I introduced myself to B.  He is a Palestinian from Gaza studying in the United States.  He is also a committed Christian.  He explained to me how difficult it is for him as an Arab to find work in the US.  Since he had finished his studies, I asked him why he didn’t apply for US citizenship.  His reply was:  “I want to be a missionary in the Middle East, and sad to say, as an American citizen, I would find it very difficult to work where I would like to.”  So he was willing to suffer disadvantages and prejudice for the opportunity to share Christ with Muslims.
