Welcome to this web site and thank you for your interest. We would like to briefly share our heart and about our future ministry in France. Enjoy reading.
Samuel grew up in a Christian family with 10 children. At the age of 18 years he decided to radically follow Jesus Christ and started to gather experience in evangelism and pastoral ministry, working as an assistant pastor in Cameroon and participating in church planting. 1995 he was sent out from his church as a missionary to Togo, to do a Discipleship Training School with Youth With A Mission and then continue to work with that mission.
Sabine didn’t have much to do with the Christian faith growing up, until she was confronted with the love of God shortly before finishing secondary school. Her love for the French language then led her to do a year in France as au-pair. Languages and culture has ever since been something of interest for her, especially France. She studied languages and afterwards went to work with YWAM in different countries, last of which France in the area of discipleship training and creative arts.
She met Samuel in Togo, West Africa and got married 1999 in France.
Already at the start of our marriage, Samuel got the conviction that God was calling us to France in order to preach the Gospel and train people as disciples of the Lord Jesus.
As further preparation and in order to put a firm foundation in our marriage, we came to Germany, got some further training at the Bible College Glaubenszentrum and then stayed on to work in the school. In the meantime, God has given us 3 wonderful sons and we are return to France in June 2008.
Our heart beats for the church. Our desire is that people of all backgrounds in France may get to know Jesus Christ and transform their society with God’s help. Our heart beats for missions. God has given the Church the commission to make disciples of all peoples of this earth. France is a perfect springboard for going into the French-speaking countries in Africa in order to contribute to a betterment in those societies, so that they, too may reflect the glory of God. Both Europe and Africa need the Gospel as a foundation, so that the people live a fulfilled life and society functions in a healthy and godly way.
Our goals for ministry are:
Working with YWAM in the South of France in the areas of discipleship training and evangelism.
Planting of international communities
Mission trips to Africa.
Current prayer topics:
We still need more partners to support us in prayer and financially.
